The folks behind BustedTees just launched TeePublic.com, which allows ANYBODY to create a shirt, and if 30 people agree to buy it, they will print and ship the shirts for you! Think kickstarter for t-shirts. This is a great way for t-shirt designers to get their work out there. This new site has allowed Jonny Cottone to flesh out his t-shirt design and put it out on the internet.
He’s created a shirt inspired by “Run Like An Antelope”. Here is the link to his page on TeePublic.
What started as a soundcheck and became a sold out pin is now available as a t-shirt. This 100% cotton preshrunk natural color shirt features an original Ryan Kerrigan design. This is a limited edition shirt of only 55, with each shirt signed and numbered. Shirts cost $20 each plus $5 shipping per order, in sizes Small through 2XL. There are very limited quantities of each size available.

Doug came up with the idea of having a picture of Reba mixing up her famous ‘creation’ and his girlfriend chipped in to design the shirt, going with a nutritional label tag on the back of the shirt. Each shirt costs $21.99 with $5 shipping and 10% of profits will benefit The Mockingbird Foundation. The shirts have been screen-printed on Gildan 50/50 blend shirts and the shirts are Sand color.
These shirts will also be on sale on lot for $20 at the midwest shows and the three southern shows in August.
Josh Phagan, who runs Mongo Arts, a small grassroots-y husband and wife silkscreen business in the Outer Banks of North Carolina has made new Helping Friendly Wook shirts featuring a caveman/wook dressed in a familiar attire. The shirt is black 100% cotton Gildan with sizes ranging from Small to 3XL. Josh has also promised to gladly donate 10% of each sale to The Mockingbird Foundation.
When artists at Da Mock Show was setting up, PhanArt Pete walked around and took pictures to share on twitter so folks knew what prints to expect. There were a great many awesome prints, but only one used a creative play off of ‘NICU’ in their art. Bruce Horan’s NICU/UIC poster highlights U I and C in the NICUs running throughout the print.
