PhanArt has a big summer in store with 6 shows held from June to August! June 30 PhanArt will be at Cubby Bear across from Wrigley Field prior to Night 1 of Dead and Company.
July 16 PhanArt returns to Congress Plaza Hotel, the site of 4 previous shows, for a one day show to close out the Chicago run.
July 22 and August 5, PhanArt will be at The Hotel Pennsylvania once again, and on July 29 at American Beauty during Phish’s Baker’s Dozen at MSG.
PhanArt will also hold a show on July 29 at Club Metronome above Nectar’s in Burlington, VT during Twiddle’s Tumbledown weekend.

PhanArt returns to New York City this holiday season with TWO shows during Phish’s New Year’s run at Madison Square Garden.
On December 29th, PhanArt brings more than 20 artists together at The Hotel Pennsylvania for Skyscraper is Grander. The following day, PhanArt will feature 10 artists along with Formula 5 at American Beauty for a pre-show event from 3-7pm, hosted by Live for Live Music. Both shows arefree to attend. Hotel Penn is located across 7th Avenue from MSG while American Beauty 251 W. 30th Street.
Held in The Gold Room at The Hotel Pennsylvania, located across the street from Madison Square Garden, PhanArt will bring together a variety of vendors and artists exhibiting exclusive Phish-inspired posters, pins, shirts and unique wares. Admission to this event day long event (12pm-6pm) is FREE.
The Mockingbird Foundation, which has awarded grants for music education totaling more than $900,000 over the past 15 years, will feature prints from The Phish Companion 3rd Edition, where Phish’s 33-year career is interpreted by top artists including David Welker, Justin Helton, DKNG and AJ Masthay.
JEMP Radio will be broadcasting live from the show on the 29th, featuring a selection of funk that sets the tone for the day.
For the first time, shipping from the PhanArt show will be available, along with tubes to purchase. A station will be setup for fans to purchase postage and tubes, and ship items purchased at the show home.
The December 30th show features 10 artists while Upstate New York jam band Formula 5 performs two sets of music. The art show begins at 3pm, with Formula 5 hitting the stage from 4-7pm. The band recently celebrated a successful Kickstarter campaign for their third studio album and put on an energetic, rock improv show to get you warmed up for Phish at MSG later that night.

On January 1 after the Phish concert at Madison Square Garden, David Welker will hold a special late night event at 527 West 23rd street. In collaboration with Hoerle-Guggenheim, Relix Magazine and Welker Studios, META will orchestrate a sensory happening. A metaphysical mind expanding experience with a cast of characters inspired by some of Welker’s recent art, celebrating the convergence of art and music and the closing of the “Subconscious Narratives” show.

The “Mockingbird Foundation” will host an afternoon charity event on December 30, the first day of the Phish New Years run, at the Hoerle-Guggenheim Gallery on December 30 from 12noon to 4pm. There will be a special ultra-limited line art version of “Rutherford” and the profits will benefit music education for kids.
The historic Bearsville Theater in Woodstock, NY is hosting a holiday poster art show on Saturday, December 19, presented by NYSMusic and PhanArt. The poster art show will feature Woodstock based artists Mike DuBois and Erin Cadigan, who will both be selling their work, as well as PhanArt, which represents a collective of poster artists from around the country. Come and buy that holiday gift for the music lover in your family, or treat yourself!
Mike DuBois will be on hand, and is one of the official poster artists for the Grateful Dead’s Fare Thee Well tour, as well as one of the official poster artists for the recent Dead & Company tour. Mike will be selling some of his highly sought after limited edition prints, and those prints will be announced on The Bearsville Theater Facebook page during the week leading up to the show.
Erin Cadigan is an illustrator whose clients include High Times Magazine, Central Park Summer Stage and Adidas. She spent decades selling her art as a vendor at Grateful Dead and Phish shows. Erin will be selling t-shirts from her THREE Erin Cadigan line, phanart posters and art prints including her just released DRINKING ALE print. Local folks might know her best as the owner and designer of The White Dove Rockotel.
The Poster Art show will run from 4-8pm, and The Bearsville Theater bar will be serving those over 21 during that time. From 9pm until midnight or beyond, Bearsville Theater will be hosting a Good Ol’ Grateful Dead dance party for those over 21, which will be illuminated by a psychedelic light show from Delilah Rain’s Ambient Experience.
The poster show is free and open to all ages (4-8pm) and the dance party is $5 and 21+ (9pm-12am)
The Satellite Gallery will once again host the Christmas Jam Art Show, with proceeds from art sales donated to the Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity.
The gallery show runs from Friday, December 11 – January 17, 2016, with an opening reception on Friday Dec 11 from 3-7 pm, with complimentary refreshments provided. Many featured gallery artists and photographers will be in attendance as well.
The gallery will be open during the day all weekend, December 12-13, from 11 am – 6 pm. The show runs December 11, 2015 – January 17, 2016. Admission to the Satellite Gallery is free every day!

On Friday, October 30, Pop International Galleries Presents famed photographer Roberto Rabanne, featuring rarely seen photographs of the Grateful Dead. The event, held from 5:30pm to 8:30pm is RSVP only.
The images of photographer Roberto Rabanne have captured the energy, complexity and beauty in music, fashion and art for more than four decades.
In 1967 Rabanne befriended Jerry Garcia of the Grateful Dead. The legendary musician gave him priority access and allowed Rabanne to do many photos of him and the band. Roberto Rabanne began his career in New York as the influences of the counter culture were being felt on music, fashion, art, and politics.
His iconic photographs of Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, The Rolling Stones, Bob Marley, The Grateful Dead, and other great rock bands quickly earned him a reputation as a master at capturing the exhilaration of live performances on film, as well as the private off stage moments.
