Rock & Bus service for getting to and from Phish shows nationwide

Rock & Bus is offering service to every concert on the 2011 Phish tour! Using a new social reservation model, Rock & Bus is able to send buses to wherever the Phish fans are. They’ve set up all the major cities around every venue and invite you to reserve for the town nearest you. They will route our buses accordingly and get everyone to the concert,  partying all the way.  It’s a great new option and they hope that you will agree.

Help Rock & Bus spread the word to other Phish fans for the fun, safe, and green new way to get to the shows!

You can drink on the bus and each person can bring a carryon bag and a big bag for under the bus. The overnight (festival) buses have different rules. You can find manufacturers’ pictures of the buses on their site. Each bus has DVD players, TVs and a speaker system. Bring your group and have fun, just respect the bus and the bus will respect you.

How Does it Work?

Place an order for 2+ tubes at GlowStickWars.com using any promo code above. You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your sticks (and balls) will be available for pick-up inside Watkins Glen International between July 1st and 3rd, 2011. Pick-up times and locations are TBD.

Your email confirmation will contain an Order Certificate with your order details and a confirmation code.
On July 1st, 2nd and 3rd, we will email, facebook, and tweet our location on lot, and we will be reachable by phone and email for anyone having trouble finding us.

THREE by Erin Cadigan, designs in Camden and Merriweather

PhanArtist Erin Cadigan will be debuting her new line THREE Erin Cadigan at the Camden lot. The line is ten new designs based like much of her work on science, myth, ancient cultures, aliens and spirituality. She has been selling the THREE line on tour since summer 1997 but this will be the first full line.

Erin is normally on tour selling her new work but since she is just getting started as a fully self employed artist, her shows have been sadly limited this summer.

If you don’t catch her at Camden, you may see her at MPP, definitely at Super Ball 9 and some of the West Coast shows. Look for her both on lot and on Shakedown tomorrow!!

Watkins Glen Superball Pin And Badge from PhanBadge

The Watkins Pin is Made from black metal Nickel and Double Posted to Keep the pin in place. Measuring 1.5 inches Wide and 1.25 inches high, this is PhanBadge’s first pin design with a Guyute Pin in the works for a 2nd design. This pin is in a limited edition of 300, numbered on the back. The pin costs $12 each.

 


Watkins “PIT CREW” Superball Badge completed PhanBadge’s run of Phish festival badges, ending with something a little bigger, since this is SUPERBALL and  it needs a SUPERSIZED badge. This one is 3 inches in diameter and can be Iron on as well as stiched. This is also a limited edition badge of 200 and costs $6 for each badge.

PhanBadge.com’s Festival Merit Badges

You may have seen Brian Kushner on fall tour selling his unique phan-badges, including Atlantic City and Fall Tour badges. Now he has officially launched PhanBadge.com, a site to find all the unique phan made badges that he has made over the last year. Expect more badges as each tour is announced (Hampton and Watkins Glen will surely be part of this growing collection)

Kushner notes, “I made these badges because of the vibe I always got on the journey–from the road trip, to the camping, to the show. After going to The Clifford Ball,  I knew that these festivals would always be memories that I would never forget. I wanted to celebrate that with a small token to remember the feeling.”

His newest badges bring us back to the era of the first 6 Phish festivals, with badges complete for 4 of them: Clifford Ball, LemonWheel, Camp Oswego and IT. Each badge is 5 dollars which includes standard shipping. The badges are 1.5 inches by 1.5 inches with a Iron on Backing. Each badge is in a limited edition of 300 per badge.

Two more badges are expected in coming weeks: A Plattsburgh “Phlyer” commemorating The Clifford Ball and a Coventry “Sinking” badge.
